摘　　要：以海南省自然条件、社会经济条件、土地利用特点及土地开发整理的实践为基础,分析影响海南省土地开发整理的主要因素,采用归类和叠加的方法,将海南省划分为4个一级工程类型区和5个二级工程类型区(工程模式),并归纳总结了不同工程类型区土地开发整理的工程组合模式.The main factors that affect the land development and consolidation in Hainan province were analysed on the basis of the nature condition, social economic conditions, land utilization characteristics and the practices of the land development and consolidation. Then the project areas are divided into 4 first-class types of project areas and 5 second-class types of project areas in Hainan province by means of classification and superposition methods. Furthermore, the development mode is proposed on the basis of division of types of project areas.
