基于产学研培养机械类创新应用型人才的研究

摘　　要：本文就我国"十二五"期间在创新驱动实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略方面加快建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系,增强高校创新动力,推动建立企业、科研院所和高校共同参与的创新合作机制,结合地方性大学的人才培养目标,进行了基于产学研合作的培养机械类创新应用型人才的理论研究与实践索。Science and education strategy and talents strategy for powerful nation are implemented to establish technology innovation system during ＂The 12th Five-Year Plan＂, which takes enterprises as the main body and market as the guidance and realizes the combination of industry-university-research. The system strengthens the innovation power of university and promotes the establishment of the innovation strategic alliance of enterprises, universities and research institutes. Combining with the goal of talent training, this paper makes a theoretical research and practice on the cultivation of mechanical innovation application talents based on the combination of industry-university-research.
