摘　　要：大学生诚信意识缺失、功利心强等是目前高等教育不容忽视的问题。本文从诚信品质、集体荣誉感、学风、健康人格等方面探析了高校"免监考"制度对提升大学生综合素养起到的作用,并提出了可行性建议,希望能为教育工作者提供借鉴。At present, college studentslhonesty deficiency and their strong sense of utilitarianism become a noticeable problem in higher education. This paper, from credit quality, sense of collective honor, style of study and healthy personality, explores the functions of ＂free invigilation＂ system in improving college students＇comprehensive qualities and proposes some feasible suggestions, hoping to provide references for education workers.
