摘  要:目的了解某民航试用期地勤人员的人格特征,为聘任合格的民航地勤人员提供心理学依据。方法采用明尼苏达多相人格测查表(MMPI)对某民航试用期地勤人员进行测试,与中国常模进行对照分析。结果39%(35/89)的试用期民航地勤人员存在回答条目的防御性。效度量表剖图MV7和MV8的所有受试者(13名)均具有两点编码型,而且均与Pa、Sc、Ma量表有关。与中国常模相比较,试用期男、女性民航地勤人员L、K量表评分均显著升高,D、Si量表评分均显著降低,Mas、Dy量表低分趋势(P<0.05)。结论试用期民航地勤人员具有自信、热情、独立、稳重、善于社交的人格特征,但仍有约25%的人员可能存在人格偏离或精神问题,有必要对他们进行心理访谈。psychological Objective To explore the evidences for appointing qualifi personality characteristics of probationary groundcrew, and to provide ed groundcrew. Methods 89 probationary groundcrews at a certain civil aviation were assessed with Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI). The result was compared with the national norm. Results Defensiveness was found in 39% (35 cases) of subjects during the assessment. Subjects with MV7andMV8 (13 Sc scale or Ma scale. cases) in validity scale co Compared With national n nfiguration showed two-point code type, which was related with Pa scale, orm, scores of L scale and K scale were higher and scores of D scale and Si scale were lower in probationary groundcrews, scores of Mas scale and Dy scale showed a decrease tendency (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Personality features of most probationary groundcrews consist of self-confidence, enthusiasm, independence, calmness and good social intercourse. But about 25% of them maybe have personality deviation or mental problems, which should be evaluated with professional Dsvcholozical interview.
