摘　　要：站在知识资源管理的视角,将专家知识资源抽象为知识人、知识、知识活动、知识工具四要素,并且结合基于知识生命周期全过程管理的多Agent知识管理系统模型,抽取了多Agent的专家知识资源库平台的系统需求以及系统框架。在此基础上采用MaSE方法阐述了系统构建的原理与过程,为专家库的构建理论提供了更加合理的系统模型和规范化的构建方法。In this respect this paper abstracts four elements of experts＇ knowledge resource with the per- spective of knowledge resource management which are the knowledge people, knowledge, knowledge activ- ities and knowledge tools. Contemporarily, combining the multi-agent knowledge management system model based on managing the whole knowledge life cycle, the requirement and framework about the Ex- pea Knowledge Resource Base System are extracted. On this basis we elaborate the principle and process of constructing the system with MaSE method .This paper provides the new perspective of knowledge re- source management, more reasonable system model and standard method for the principles of constructing Expert Base.
