单味黄连煎剂治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌阴道病81例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨单味黄连煎剂治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床疗效以及克霉唑治疗VVC的优势。方法选择65例VVC和16例复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)患者使用黄连煎剂为治疗组,同时选取62例VVC患者及14例RVVC患者使用克霉唑为对照组,观察两种药物对于VVC的疗效。结果治疗组治愈显效率为97.53%,对照组为98.68%,治疗组较对照组治愈显效率低,经χ2检验,差异无统计学意义;治疗组1月内检出率为7.38%,3个月复发率为7.40%,对照组1个月内检出率为15.00%,3个月复发率为25.00%,经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单味黄连煎剂治疗VVC的临床疗效基本等同于克霉唑,在控制其远期复发率方面具有优势。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical curative effect of single coptis chinensis decoftion on treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis （VVC）and to explore the advantages of clotrimazole in treatment of VVC. METHODS A total of 65 VVC patients and 16 recurrent vulvovaginal candidias （RVVC） patients who were treated with single coptis chinensis decoftion were selected as the treatment group, meanwhile, 62 VVC patients and 14 RVVC patients who were treated with the clotrimazole were chosen as the control group. The curative effects of the two drugs on treatment of VVC were observed. RESULTS The markedly effective rate of treatment group was 97.53G, lower than 98.68% of the control group, the chi-square test demonstrated that the difference was not statistically significant. Within one month, the detection rate of the treatment group was 7. 38%, and the recurrence rate was 7.40% within 3 months, while the detection rate of the control group was 15.00% within one month, and the reoccurrence rate was 25. 00% within three months, the chi-square test showed that the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSION The single coptis chinensis decoftion can achieve the clinical curative effect basically the same the clotrimazole, but is superior to clotrimazole in the control of reoccurrence rate.
