摘 要:目的探讨循环风消毒与紫外线照射对烧伤病房空气消毒的效果,为寻找安全、高效、方便的空气消毒方法、减少空气污染提供依据。方法循环风消毒机和紫外线灯两种空气消毒方法对烧伤病房空气进行现场试验,对消毒即时,进人后30、60min病房空气细菌进行采样,分析两组灭菌率。结果消毒前菌落数循环风(856±99)CFU/m3和紫外线(860±100)CFU/m3比较,差异无统计学意义;消毒后菌落数循环风(102±35)CFU/m3明显少于紫外线(134±42)CFU/m3,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组消毒前后空气菌落数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种消毒方法均有消毒效果,而循环风消毒效果持久,更适用于烧伤病房空气的消毒。OBJECTIVE To probe into the effects of air disinfection in burn unit made by circulating wind and ultraviolet radiation so as to provide basis for the safe, highly effective,and convinient air disinfection and to reduce the air pollutior. METHODS The spot experiments were carried out in the burn unit to test the air disinfection effects made separately by circulating wind machine and ultraviolet lamp, which were two implements for air disinfection, the air was sampled in the burn unit to analyze and compare the bacteria-killing rates of the two methods at three stages immediately after disinfection, 30 minutes and 60 minutes in the room where a person stayed. RESULTS As compared with the bacterial colony counts of the circulating wind (856 ± 99)CFU/m^3 and ultraviolet (860±100)CFU/m^3 before the disinfection, the difference was not statistically significant. The bacterial colony counts of the circulating wind(102±35)CFU/m^3 was significantly less than that of the ultraviolet (134 ± 42)CFU/m^3 , the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The difference in the bacterial colony counts before and after the disinfection between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Both of the two disinfection methods can achieve the disinfection effect, and the circulating wind can achieve more lasting disinfection effect and thus is more suitable for the disinfection of air in the burn unit.
