加强在多药耐药菌预防控制中的细节管理

摘　　要：目的加强细节管理,有效对多药耐药菌医院感染重点部门的交叉感染进行预防与控制。方法加强医务人员预防控制教育与技能培训;建立耐药菌报告及反馈制度;实施有效的隔离、清洁和消毒措施;加强侵入性操作相关感染的预防控制干预;加强医务人员手卫生;合理使用抗菌药物。结果 2010年发生多药耐药菌医院感染患者为238例,感染率为21.0%,2011年为182例,感染率为17.3%;由于医务人员提高了对多药耐药菌预防控制的认识,及时采取干预措施,有效地防止了多药耐药菌株的进一步传播,重点科室交叉感染率明显降低,未出现多药耐药菌医院感染暴发流行事件。结论加强在多药耐药菌预防控制中的细节管理对医院感染预防与控制具有重要作用。OBJECTIVE To reinforce the detailed management so as to effectively prevent and control multidrug-resistant organisms cross-infection in key departments. METHODS The prevention and controlling education and skill training of the medical staff were strengthened, the drug resistance reporting and feedback system was established, effective isolation, cleaning and disinfection measures were implemented, the interventions to the invasive operation related infections were intensified, the hand hygiene of the medical staff was strengthened, and the antibiotics were reasonably used. RESULTS There were 238 cases of patients with the multidrug-resistant bacteria infections in 2010, the infection rate was 21.0 %, 182 cases in 2011, with the infection rate of 17.3 %. As the medical staff improved the awareness of the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacteria and took the interventions in timely manner, it effectively prevented the further spread of the multidrug-resistant bacteria, the incidence of the cross-infections in the key departments was significantly decreased, the outbreak and prevalence of the multidrug-resistant bacteria infections did not emerge. CONCLUSION It is of great significance in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections to strengthen the detailed management in the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacteria.
