摘　　要：目的探讨供应室工作人员职业危害因素及安全防护对策,为避免职业危险发生提供指导依据。方法针对供应室职业危害现状进行总结分析、加强宣传、规范操作、配备专用防护用品、制定切实可行的防护方法及措施。结果工作人员的自我防护意识及防护技能明显提高,有效避免了职业危害的发生,防止职业感染的发生。结论提高工作人员的防护意识和专业素质、规范操作流程、改善工作环境、加强科学管理、有效的防护措施是减少职业危害确保工作人员的身心健康的关键,也是保证供应室工作质量的基础因素。OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors and protection measures for the occupational hazards of the staff in the supply room so sa to avoid the occupational hazard. METHODS The occupational hazards in the supply room were summarized and analyzed, the propaganda was strengthened, the operation was standardized, the staff were equipped with special protective equipments, and the practical and feasible protective measures were developed. RESULTS The self-protection awareness and protection skills of the staff were significantly improved, the occupational hazards were effectively avoided, and the occupational infections were prevented. CONCLUSION It is crucial to improve the protection awareness and the special quality of the staff, standardize the operation procedure, improve the work environment, intensify the scientific management, and implement the effective protection measures so as to ensure the health of the staff as well as the work quality.
