医院感染废弃物管理的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨加强医院感染废弃物的管理,保护环境,减少污染,保障人民群众的健康。方法研究国内外有关医院废弃物管理的法律、法规及相关规章制度,建议医院对废弃物进行分类管理,对医疗废弃物分类收集,用不同颜色的包装袋分装,根据危害程度分级处理。结果进一步制定或完善相关卫生用品及医疗用品法律法规,各级医院在相关法律法规指导下,制定详细的规章制度及管理方法,对卫生用品及医疗用品的生产、采购、使用进行规范;对医疗垃圾分类收集、储存、运输,并进行分级处理。结论加强对卫生及医疗用品的管理能避免资源的浪费,有效促进废弃物的回收利用,预防医疗废弃物污染环境及造成二次污染,预防、控制医院感染;在保护资源,控制环境污染,保证人民健康方面有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To explore the measures to enhance the management of medical waste with the aim of protecting environment, reducing the contamination and safeguarding the public health. METHODS The domestic and overseas laws, regulations and rules on medical waste from hospitals were reviewed, and the classification management was suggested to collect and pack the classified medical waste with bags in different colors, then grading disposal was performed according to the harm degree. RESULTS Under the guidance of the further stipulated and improved laws and regulations, the detailed rules and management systems has been established to normalize the production, purchase, and use of the health and medical products, the medical waste was classified for the collection, storage, and transportation, the grading disposal was performed. CONCLUSION To enhance the management of the health and medical products can avoid wasting the resources, promote the recycling of the medical waste effectively, prevent the environment pollution and secondary pollution caused by the medical waste, prevent and control the infection in hospitals. It is of great significance in terms of preserving the resources, controlling the environment pollution, and safeguarding the public health.
