摘　　要：目的通过对抗菌药物的滥用及不合理应用分析,促进广大临床医师及患者能够提高合理应用抗菌药物的意识,避免滥用、误用,促进临床合理使用抗菌药物,减少细菌耐药性的产生。方法依据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、《临床用药须知》等对国内抗菌药物不合理应用的情况进行剖析。结果抗菌药物不合理应用对健康带来严重的后果,诱导细菌耐药菌的产生,当前滥用抗菌药物的现象普遍存在。结论应提高医师及广大患者合理应用抗菌药物意识,避免出现严重的细菌耐药变异,谨防二重感染及由于不合理应用抗菌药物带来的不良反应和药品资源的浪费。OBJECTIVE To analyze the abuse and unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs, to improve the clinical physicians and patients＇ awareness to reasonably use antibiotics and avoid the abuse and misuse so as to promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs and the bacterial drug resistance. METHODS The cases of the unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs were analyzed on the basis of ＂guiding principles for clinical application of antibacterial＂ and＂ clinical medication information＂. RESULTS The unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs had serious consequences on human health and induced the bacterial resistant bacteria, reflecting the current common phenomenon of abuse of antibiotics. CONCLUSION The physicians and patients should improve the awareness of reasonable application of antibacterial drug so as to avoid the occurrence of serious bacterial drug resistance mutation and beware of double infection and the adverse reactions due to the unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs and the waste of drug resources.
