摘  要:为找出经济适用的甲壳素纤维/长绒棉混纺织物的混纺比,用自纺的5种混纺比的19.5 tex甲壳素纤维/棉混纺纱织成同规格的织物,测定混纺织物的强伸度、刚柔性、透湿性、透气性、导湿性等指标,分析混纺比对混纺织物性能的影响。结果表明,甲壳素纤维/棉(10/90)混纺织物的经纬向强力最大,芯吸性、导湿性最好,甲壳素纤维/棉(20/80)混纺织物的透湿性最好,甲壳素纤维/棉(50/50)混纺织物的抗弯刚度最大,透气性最好。混纺织物的抗弯刚度和经纬向强力、透气性及导湿性与混纺比显著相关。从成本、穿着舒适性和纱线织物性能等方面综合考虑,建议采用甲壳素纤维与棉混纺比为10/90或者20/80的混纺织物。In order to find out the viable blending ratio of chitin/long-staple cotton fabrics,five chitin/cotton blended yarns(19.5 tex) of different blending ratios were spun and woven into five fabrics with same specifications.The influence of strength,elongation,rigidness and softness,moisture permeability,air permeability,moisture transmission,and blending ratios on the properties of the fabrics was investigated.The experimental results demonstrated that the chitin/cotton fabric(with the blending ratio of 10/90) has the best warp and weft strength and wickability;the chitin/cotton fabric(20/80) has the best moisture permeability;and the chitin/cotton fabric(50/50) has the biggest bending rigidity and best air permeability.The bending rigidity,warp/weft strength,air permeability and moisture transmission of the blended fabrics are strongly correlated with the blending ratio.From an overall consideration of fabric comfort,cost,and the property of yarn and fabric,etc,it suggests that in terms of chitin/cotton blended fabric,the blending ratio should be 20/80 or 10/90.
