摘　　要：目的:评价血浆置换治疗增殖性狼疮性肾炎的疗效和安全性。方法:运用Cochrane图书馆、PUBMED、EMBASE、CBMdisc等电子数据库,由3名系统评价员进行资料提取和质量评价,对同质资料进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9个研究325例患者,血浆置换联合免疫抑制剂与免疫抑制剂比较,24h尿蛋白定量和SCr差异有统计学意义;血浆置换与免疫抑制剂比较,所有指标差异无统计学意义。结论:现有研究结果显示血浆置换联合免疫抑制剂可以改善增殖性狼疮性肾炎的临床症状;血浆置换与免疫抑制剂比较,不能改善临床症状及最终治疗效果。Objective To assess the therapeutic efficacy and safety of plasma exchange in the treatment of proliferative lupus nephritis. Methods All data from electronic： databases including Cochrane Library, PUBMED, EMBASE and CBMdisc were extracted and assessed by three evaluators. The extracted homogeneous data were then analyzed by recta-analysis. Results Data from nine studies inclmling 325 patients were analyzed in this paper. There were statistically significant in protein uria （24 h） and SCr between plasma exchange plus immunosuppression and immunosuppression. Conclusion These results show that,cmnparing with immunosuppression, plasma exchange plus imnnmosuppressiun can improve the clinical outcome.
