摘　　要：由于城市水资源管理涉及到经济、地质、水文等许多因素,需要处理大量的图形、文字和数据,因此利用计算机软硬件支持,实现大量信息数据的采集、存储、管理、分析、处理及输出将是科学管理城市水资源的重要方向。以黑龙江省城市水资源管理为例,分析了黑龙江省城市水资源管理的现状和存在的问题,探讨了黑龙江省基于GIS的城市水资源管理信息系统开发和应用。Because the urban water resource management involves economy, geology, hydrology and many other factors, and needs to deal with a lot of graphics, characters and data, make use of com puter software and hardware support to realize collection, storage, management, analysis, processing and output of a lot of information data is an important direction for the scientific management of urban water resources. The present situation and the existing problems of urban water resource management in Hei longjiang Province were analyzed, and the development and application of urban water resource manage ment information system based on GIS in Heilongjiang Province were discussed.
