摘　　要：在含有较高污染物浓度的废水处理过程中,生化反应释放大量的热,同时由于水泵热效应等因素导致生物池内污水温度升高。过高的温度会影响生化处理效果,因此生化系统需要设置污水冷却装置,而设置冷却系统的关键是热平衡计算。根据工程设计经验,给出了详细的热平衡计算公式以及应用案例。In the process of highconcentration wastewater treatment, a lot of heat released from biochemical reactions, pump heat effect and other factors lead to the temperature rise of wastewater in the biological tank. High temperature can affect the biochemical treatment effect. Therefore, the biochemical system needs to have the wastewater cooling system, while the key to set up the cooling system is heat balance calculation. The formula for heat balance calculation and its application case were given accord ing to the engineering design experience.
