摘 要:采用极性色谱柱配以高水量的流动相,建立了测定阿替洛尔的一种新方法—拟反相色谱法,流动相为乙腈-水(甲酸钠溶液0.03 mol/L,pH 2.9,5:95)。在此色谱体系中无需离子对试剂强极性的阿替洛尔即可得到很好的保留,流动相的组成得以简化,在降低测定费用的同时,使方法开发更为迅速;特别是流动相中乙腈的比例只占5%,降低了有机溶剂的消耗和排放。方法已用于阿替洛尔片剂和尿样分析,在线性范围0.5~200μg/mL内(r=0.9995,n=6),加标回收率为95.4%~97.2%。A novel method-pseudo reversed phase chromatography for the determination of atenolol was developed.The separation was carried out on a silica column using sodium formate(0.03 mol/L,pH 2.9)-acetonitrile(95:5) as mobile phase.Without ion-pairing reagent added the mobile phase is very simple.Accordingly,method development becomes rapid.Especially,very little organic solvent is consumed which reduces cost and again reduces disposal problems.With the advantages of cost-saving and environment-friendly,the proposed method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.Over the range of 0.5-200 μg/mL,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9995.Therefore,it could meet the requirements for the quantification of atenolol excellently.
