摘　　要：本文首先阐释了生产性服务业与产业升级的内涵,论述了生产性服务业对推动产业升级的重大意义及基本路径。在此基础上,提出了推动我国生产性服务业大发展的财税对策。This paper first expounds on the content of industrial upgrading and productive service industry, and then discusses the significance and basic path of promoting industrial upgrading by perfecting productive service industry. Based on this analysis, it puts forward some fiscal and tax policy suggestions on boosting further development of productive service industry.
