摘  要:攀钢西昌钒钛资源综合利用项目——钒制品厂原料场除尘系统,采用一种新型集散式清灰控制系统,该系统采用分箱体压差反馈对脉冲阀进行控制,优化了除尘器控制系统。系统投运后,有效改善了除尘器清灰效果,提高了钒产品回收率,节能环保效益明显,延长了滤袋使用寿命,节省了控制系统的投资和建设施工费用,同时大幅缩短了设计施工和安装调试时间。A new type of clean air distributed control system is used in Xichang vanadium and titanium resources comprehensive utilization project of vanadium products project. In the system, differential pressure feedback of the sub-cell is introduced to control the pulse valves, and dust collector control system is optimized. After the system is put into operation, there are a lot of advantages such as impro- ving the effect of the dust collector effectively, increasing the recovery of the vanadium products, reali- zing energy saving and environmental protection, extending the service life of the bag, reducing con- struction costs of investment and construction of the control system, and significantly shortening the period of design and construction, installation and commissioning.
