摘 要:液态无碱速凝剂在性能上可克服传统速凝剂的诸多缺陷,正逐渐取代传统速凝剂,成为新型速凝剂的代表。为了便于更好地了解液态无碱速凝剂的性能特点,选取国内外多个厂家的新型混凝土速凝剂品种,参考欧洲标准,提出新的性能检验方法,进行了性能试验,并与传统粉状碱性和液态低碱速凝剂的性能进行对比。试验结果表明,新型混凝土速凝剂在凝结时间、后期抗压强度、后期抗压强度增长率和强度比等方面均明显优于传统速凝剂;新型速凝剂和传统速凝剂各龄期胶砂抗压强度均呈对数增长关系。Because the alkali-free liquid concrete accelerator is able to overcome many defects of traditional concrete accelerator, it has been going to replacing the traditional accelerator and becoming the representative of new accelerators. In order to understand the performances of alkali-free accelerator, a number of domestic and foreign alkali-free accelerators are selected to test their performances, in which, a new test method is explored based on European standards. The performances of alkali-free accelerators are also compared with traditional powder alkaline and liquid low-alkali accelerators. The experimental results show that: (a) new accelerators are significantly superior to the traditional accelerators in setting time, early compressive strength, growth rate of late compressive strength and compressive strength ratio; and (b) the compressive strengths of new and traditional accelerators in each ages are satisfied with the logarithmic growth relationship.
