摘  要:采用人工环境模拟和静力加载试验系统,对硫酸盐侵蚀环境下隧道衬砌结构混凝土的表观损伤特征、裂缝、结构变形、截面安全系数的演化规律进行了模型试验研究。结果表明:①硫酸盐侵蚀环境下隧道衬砌结构混凝土损伤表现为表面结晶、剥落等表观特征,主要发生在防水能力薄弱、密实性差以及水力梯度高的部位,结晶面积及剥落程度均随侵蚀时间的延长而增加;②荷载作用下,衬砌结构裂缝以纵向裂缝为主,首先发生在拱顶部位,并当荷载水平较高时,拱顶部位的裂缝明显多于其他部位;③裂缝宽度和结构变形随荷载水平的提高和侵蚀时间的延长表现为指数函数曲线变化规律,而截面安全系数则符合负指数函数曲线的演化机制。By using the artificial environmental simulation and static loading test system, the apparent damage characteristics of concrete and evolution law of crack, structure distortion and section safety coefficient on tunnel liner suffering ambient sulfate were studied. The results show: (1) the apparent damage of concrete on tunnel liner suffering ambient sulfate as appears to be surface crystallization and spalling, which occurs in the locations with weak waterproof ability, poor compaction and high hydraulic gradient, the crystallization area and spalling degree increase with the erosion time; (2) the crack form of tunnel liner under load is mainly longitudinal and occurs at crown firstly. Furthermore, the number of cracks at crown is significantly more than the other parts when the load level is high ; (3) changing law of crack width and structure distortion appears as exponential function curve with load level and erosion time increasing, but the evolution mechanism of section safety factor tends to be negative exponential function curve.
