摘 要:通过两种方法合成9-丙基芴,将9-丙基芴与正丁基锂反应得到有机锂,再与二溴甲烷反应,制备成9-丙基芴-9-基溴代甲烷。将其做成格氏试剂,与手性环氧氯丙烷反应,生成中间体4-(9-丙基芴-9-基)-1-氯-2-丁醇。在碱性条件下使中间体关环,得到高e.e.值的标题化合物。9-Propylfluoren was synthesized by two methods. 9-Propylfluoren-9-yl methyl bromide was synthesized by the reaction of dibromethane with the lithium salt which was obtained from the reaction of butyl lithium with 9-propylflu- orene. And then, 4-( 9-propaylfluoren-9-yl )-1, 2-butylene oxide was synthesized from 4-( 9-propayl fluoren-9-yl )-l- ehromo-2-butanol which was obtained from the reaction of 9-propyl fluoren-9-yl methyl magnesium bromide with epiehlo- rohydrin. In this work,the eaction effects were discussed and the compounds were confirmed by NMR, elemental analysis and optical rotation.
