摘  要:为建立食品中非食用和食用色素酸性红1、铬变素FB和丽春红2R的高效液相色谱定量检测方法,虾样品经乙醇-氨水提取,以乙腈-10 mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液(pH 8.0)为流动相,Hydrosphere-C18色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长为504 nm,外标法定量分析了自制浸泡虾皮中的色素含量。该方法线性范围为2.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L,酸性红1、铬变素FB和丽春红2R最低检出浓度分别为7.7×10-8、9.1×10-8和5.9×10-8mol/L;该方法的回收率为95%~107%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%~2.5%。A method for the determination of acid red 1 ,chro- motrope FB and xylidine ponceau 2R in shrimp was established by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ). acid red 1,chromotrope FB and xylidine ponceau 2R was extracted by alcohol-ammonia. The separation was performed in aYMC Hydrosphere-C18(250 min×4.6 mm i.d. 5 um) column, acetonitrile and 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate (pH 8.0) were used as mobile phase. A photo-diode array detector was used to detect them at 504 nm. The linear range was 2.0 ×10^-7 - 1.0×10^-4 mol/L,and the detection limit of acid red 1, chromotrope FB and xylidine ponceau 2R was 7.7 ×10^-8,9.1×10^-8 and 5.9 ×10^-8 ,respectively. The re- coveries ranged from 95% to 107% and RSD was 1.5% - 2.5%.
