摘　　要：研究了标题化合物的新合成方法。从丙烯醛出发,经氯化,Michael加成得到目标产物。该方法比原先路线减少了Diels-Alder反应和逆Diels-Alder反应步骤,具有路线短,收率高的优点。A new method for the synthesis of 4,5-dichloro-4- formylpentanenitrile, which is a key intermediate of series neonicotinoid insecticides was described. It starts from the chlorination of acrylaldehyde,followed by Michael addition of aerylonitrile in basic condition. Compared with the usual rou- tine,the Diels-Alder step and retro-Diels-Alder step can be omitted. This method has the advantage of short steps and high yield.
