解毒熄风汤联合西药治疗重症手足口病97例临床观察  

Clinical Observation of Jiedu Xifeng Decoction Combined with Western Medicine for 97 Cases of Severe Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

摘　　要：目的观察解毒熄风汤与西药联合治疗重症手足口病的临床疗效。方法 194例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各97例。两组患儿均予重症手足口病的常规治疗,包括利巴韦林、糖皮质激素、丙种球蛋白、甘露醇等对症治疗。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加服解毒熄风汤,两组疗程均为10天。比较两组临床疗效,退热时间、皮疹疱疹消退天数,易惊手抖消失天数,住院时间及住院费用。结果治疗组97例中治愈86例(88.65%),好转9例(9.28%),死亡2例(2.07%);对照组97例中治愈84例(86.60%),好转8例(8.25%),死亡5例(5.15%),两组治愈率、死亡率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组易惊手抖消失天数明显短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论解毒熄风汤联合西药治疗重症手足口病患儿能明显减轻易惊、手抖神经系统症状,降低患儿住院费用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of self-made Jiedu Xifeng Decoction （Toxin-Resolving Wind-Extinguishing Decoction） combined with western medicine for severe hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods Totally 194 cases of HFMD were randomized into the treatment group （97 cases） and control group （97 cases）. Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment such as the administration of ribavirin, corticosteroids, gamma globulin and mannitol. Jiedu Xifeng Decoction was added in the treatment group. The therapeutic effect, fever time, subsided time of rash and herpes, duration of easily frightened and trembling, hospital stay and hospitalization costs were observed. Results There were 86 cases （88.65%） cured, 9 cases improved （9.28%） and 2 cases died （2.07%） in the treatment group. There were 84 cases （86. 60%） cured, 8 cases improved （8.25%） and 5 cases died （5.15%） in the control group. There was no significant difference between groups in the cure rate and mortality （P〉0.05）. The duration of easily frightened and trembling in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The hospitalization cost in the treatment group was less than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiedu Xifeng Decoction can obviously alleviate easily frightened and trembling and reduce hospitalization costs.
