摘 要:为融合特大型齿轮激光跟踪在位测量系统中各测量组件的测量数据,研究了各测量状态中测量组件之间位置关系建立的相关方法.由于采用了激光跟踪仪对三维测量平台进行多测点式测量,需将测量数据统一到同一个坐标系下,严格按照测量原理对测量系统建模,在此基础上研究了测量系统中三维测量平台坐标系的建立和转换问题,提出了2种解决方案:直线向量法和整体映射法,同时分析比较了两者的差异及适用范围.经实验验证,在不计入激光跟踪仪测量误差的影响时,由解决方案原理及相关计算引入的误差完全可以忽略.Mega-gear measurement has been an unsolved problem in the field of dimensional metrology. The critical point is how to determine the position relation between the gear measuring machine and megagear. An In-site Mega-gear Measuring System with a Laser Tracker was developed, which indicates a total solution to mega gear measurement. In this case, a laser tracker is employed to detect the positions of the measuring machine and mega gear. Two positioning methods were discussed for merging data generated from different parts of the in-site measuring system. Two positioning modules of the in-site mega gear measuring system with laser tracker were proposed to establish a new coordinate for the measuring machine under the coordinate of the laser tracker. Both of the so called "straight line vector method" and the "integrated mapping method" were analyzed, the difference and the area of application were also discussed. The correctness of them is proved by simulations: both of the theoretical error and the computing error can be ignored in this measuring system, without taking the system error into account.
