摘  要:提出了空气预热器热力计算的一种简化方法,该方法以空气预热器实际运行状况为前提,以回转式空气预热器的计算标准方法为基础.以某350MW超临界机组省煤器的改造方案为例,采用该方法对空气预热器进行了热力计算,得到空气预热器出口烟气温度和空气温度的变化量.结果表明:该方法无需考虑蓄热元件的板型、结构和材质等参数的影响,尤其是在空气预热器发生堵灰和沾污情况下,避免了计算公式中一些难以估计的参数,准确性大大提高;采用该简化方法计算得到的排烟温度、热一次风温度和热二次风温度与哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司的计算结果一致,2种方法计算结果的相对误差小于1%.A simplified method for heat balance calculation of tri-sectional regenerative air heater is pro- posed based on actual running parameters and standard calculation code. Taking the scheme of heat transfer area increase for economizer of a 350 MW supercritical power unit as an example, the method was used to calculate the outlet air and gas temperature of the air heater. Results show that the method is applicable without knowing the plate, structural and material parameters of the heater, which are generally difficult to determine, especially in the case when ash blocking or fouling is encountered by the heater, so the pre- diction accurancy can be greatly increased. Calculated results of exhaust gas temperature, hot primary and secondary air temperature by this method agree well with those by the method of Harbin Boiler Co. , Ltd. , and the relative error is less than 1% between the two methods.
