立康妇炎栓的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的观察立康妇炎栓的体外、体内抗菌及抗炎作用。方法采用2倍稀释法、液体转染法测定立康妇炎栓的最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌质量浓度(MBC);观察立康妇炎栓对家兔阴道白色假丝酵母菌感染的影响;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法实验,观察抗炎作用。结果立康妇炎栓在体外能有效地杀灭和抑制生殖道感染常见病原菌;对白色假丝酵母菌所致的阴道炎有明显的治疗作用;对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用。结论立康妇炎栓具有体外、体内抗菌及抗炎的作用。Objective To observe the Likangfuyan Suppositories effects of antibacterial,and anti-inflammatory activity in vitro and in vivo.Methods A double dilution and liquid transfection method was used to detect the minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC） and minimal bactericidal concentration（MBC） of Likangfuyan Suppositories.The effects of Likangfuyan Suppositories on vaginal candida infection were observed in rabbits.Using dimethylbenzene-induced ear swelling in mice,we studied the anti-inflammatory effects.Results In vitro,Likangfuyan Suppositories can effectively kill and inhibit the common pathogens of the reproductive tract infections.It had a significant role for bacterial vaginitis caused by Candida albicans in vivo.It can also obviously inhibit the ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene in mice.Conclusion Likangfuyan Suppositories has the effects of antibacterial activity in vitro and in vivo,and anti-inflammatory.
