摘  要:为了有效评价在役桥梁、码头等结构构件的混凝土冻融耐久性,选择能够表征硬化混凝土冻融耐久性的气泡参数并确定相应指标,对硬化混凝土的气泡间距系数、含气量、气泡密度、平均直径及比表面积等特征参数,与快速冻融试验得到的耐久性系数及质量损失之间的关联性进行系统研究。对85组混凝土试件进行了耐久性系数及硬化混凝土气泡参数的测试,建立了相应的关联模型,并用另外45组硬化混凝土的参数进行了验证。研究表明:气泡间距系数及气泡密度与混凝土冻融耐久性之间均存在较大的模糊范围,硬化混凝土含气量存在一个明确的阈值,气泡密度与气泡间距系数之间具有良好的相关性。用建立的相关模型预测混凝土的气泡间距系数,偏差均在±10%以内,可用其预测配合比不确知的实体混凝土气泡间距系数。In order to evaluate the freezing-thawing durability of concrete elements of inservice bridges, docks and other engineerings, choosing the proper air bubble parameters which can represent the freezing-thawing durability of hardened concrete and determining the indexes, the relation of the characteristic parameters including air voids spacing factor, air content, air voids density, mean diameter and specific area with durability factor and mass loss obtained from freezing-thawing test is analyzed. The durability factors and hardened concrete air voids parameters of 85 groups of concrete specimens are tested, the correlation model is established, which is validated by the parameters of the other 45 groups of hardened concrete specimens. The results show that (1) There is a large obscure range between air voids spacing factor and freezing-thawing durability, so is air voids density. And there is a positive threshold value for hardened concrete air content. There is a good correlation between air voids density and air voids spacing factor. (2) The deviations of forecast air voids spacing factor value using the established models are in the range of ±10%. The established models can be used to predict the air voids spacing factor for the real structure concrete whose mix proportion cannot be gotten exactly.
