摘 要:[目的]研究多菌灵在原状土中的淋溶规律及不同因素的影响。[方法]采用自行设计的原状土淋溶柱,探讨了多菌灵在原状土中的淋溶特性。[结果]以土壤浸出液作为淋溶液时,多菌灵的淋溶量显著高于去离子水;淋溶液的pH值由9.0降至6.8,多菌灵总淋出量由12.63 mg升至14.15 mg,增幅较小,pH值继续降至4.0,多菌灵总淋出量显著增加至28.83 mg;土壤有机质含量由39.5 g/kg降至32.5 g/kg,多菌灵总淋出量由14.15 mg升至16.41 mg。[结论]淋溶液pH值越低、土壤有机质含量越高,多菌灵在土壤中的淋溶活性越强。[Aims] The leaching law of carbendazim in undisturbed soil and effects of different factors on leaching were studied. [Methods] The self-designed undisturbed soil leaching column was used to investigate leaching characteristic of carbendazim. [Results] The results showed that the leaching amounts of carbendazim by the soil extract as leaching solution werb significantly greater than that of deionized water as leaching solution. With the pH value decreasing from 9.0 to 6.8, the total leaching amount of carbendazim was marginally increased from 12.63 to 14.15 mg. When the pH value was decreased to 4.0, the total leaching amount of carbendazim was increased to 28.83 mg obviously. With the content of soil organic matter declining from 39.5 to 32.5 g/kg, the total leaching amount of carbendazim increased from 14.15 to 16.41 mg. [Conclusions] Lower pH and greater content of soil organic matter were beneficial for leaching activity of carbendazim in undisturbed soil.
