苦参不同组织部位的生物碱含量研究

摘　　要：目的:对苦参不同组织部位中总生物碱与五种单体生物碱进行含量测定。方法:采用酸性染料比色法和高效液相色谱法分析苦参不同组织部位中总生物碱含量以及五种单体生物碱的含量。结果:苦参各组织部位中,五种单体生物碱含量总计依次为:韧皮部29.62mg/g,木质部20.90mg/g,髓部13.29mg/g,木栓层4.885mg/g;总生物碱含量依次为:韧皮部35.14mg/g,木质部33.12mg/g,髓部31.46mg/g,木栓层含量低于线性范围。结论:苦参各组织部位中五种单体生物碱和总生物碱含量高低依次为:韧皮部>木质部>髓部>木栓层。Objective ： Determination of the total alkaloids and five alkaloids of different parts in Sophora flavescens Ait. Methods ： Analyze the total alkaloids and five alkaloids in Sophora flavescens Ait. by Aciddye colorimetry and HPLC. Results ： The content of five alkaloids ： phloem 29.62mg/g, eylem 20.90mg/g, medulla 13.29mg/g, cork 4. 885mg/g. The content of total alkaloids ： phloem 35.14mg/g,eylem 33.12mg/g,medulla 31.46mg/g,the content of total alkaloids of cork is too low to detection. Conclusion： the content of total alkaloids and five alkaloids are in the sequence of phloem〉eylem〉medulla〉cork.
