摘 要:为研究汽车转向系统的转向性能,在对其进行动力学分析的基础上,采用多领域统一建模语言Modelica在仿真平台Dymola环境下建立转向系统模块、整车模块、轮胎模块及力矩计算模块,并将以上模块连接综合为转向系统整体仿真模型。针对某商用车的液压助力转向系统搭建了"汽车转向系统参数测量试验台"。通过台架试验测出模型中待定参数,将所得参数输入模型中进行仿真计算,结果表明:原地转向工况下仿真模型能较准确地反映车辆的转向性能。To investigate the steering characteristics of the automobile steering system, a Modelica-based modeling approach for vehicle steering system was proposed. On the basis of dynamics analysis, steering system module, ve- hicle module, tire module and the torque calculation module were modeled in multi-domain unified modeling lan- guage-Modelica. In the simulation platform-Dymola, the whole simulation model for the steering system was con- structed by connecting those modules according to their interactional relations. An automobile steering system pa- rameter measurement test bench was set up for a commercial vehicle hydraulic power steering system, and those model parameters were measured through the bench tests. The comparison between simulation results based on the whole simulation model for the steering system and actual experimental results in the spot steering situation demon- strated the feasibility of the proposed approach.
