漂白硫酸盐竹浆与麦草浆PFI磨浆特性的对比研究

摘　　要：本研究利用PFI磨对漂白硫酸盐竹浆与麦草浆的磨浆特性进行对比研究。利用多媒体显微镜观察竹浆和麦草浆在打浆过程中的分丝帚化和切断作用。结果发现:相比于麦草浆,竹浆纤维在打浆过程中表面容易起毛,打浆过程中纤维难于分丝帚化,易被切断。This paper mainly focused on the refining properties of the kraft bamboo pulp and wheat straw pulp beaten by PFI beater. Comparing the pictures of the fibrillating and cutting effect of kraft bamboo pulp and wheat straw pulp taken by multimedia microscopy, we can get the result that the bamboo pulp is easier to be fluffed and cut off, but harder to be fibrillated than the wheat straw pulp.
