摘　　要：随着太阳能技术的普及,多晶硅生产作为光伏产业的核心技术受到越来越多的重视,本文详细介绍了太阳能级多晶硅的生产工艺现状与发展趋势,比较了西门子法,流化床法等主要多晶硅生产工艺的优缺点,并针对多晶硅生产中存在的污染和能耗问题探求合适的对策。With the popularization of solar energy technology, ,the preparation of polysilicon which is the core technology of PV industry has attracted more interest. In this paper, status and development trend of solar grade polysilicon production process was reviewed. Advantages and disadvantages of various polysilicon production technologies were compared. Furthermore, problems regarding pollution and energy consumption were discussed.
