摘　　要：主要就常减压装置腐蚀类型和相关机理进行了探讨,根据齐鲁分公司新建8 Mt/a常减压装置,开工后一年内顶循及常一线腐蚀情况,结合装置工艺上所采取的防腐措施,重点论述了工艺防腐的可行性措施。并根据闪蒸塔及常压塔两顶差压变化,说明常压塔在线洗塔的必要性。Corrosion types and mechanism of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit were introduced. In new 8Mt/a crude oil distillation unit of Qilu petrochemical company, based on the corrosion status and anti-corrosion measures of the top internal circulation and first-line of the atmospheric tower within one year after the startup, the feasibility of the process anticorrosive measures was discussed, and the necessity of online washing tower was explained according to the pressure difference changes between flash tower top and atmospheric tower top.
