摘　　要：通过对硫氰酸盐光度法测定岩石中三氧化钨不确定度的评定,建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,对产生不确定度分量做了较为细致的阐述,求出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,给出相应的表示方法。Through the uncertainty evaluation of the determination of WO3 in rocks by thiocyanate spectrophotometric method,established mathematical model,analyzed the uncertainty sources,expounded the uncertainty component in detail,obtained the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty,and gave the corresponding representation.
