摘　　要：[目的]探讨综合干预治疗对耳鸣患者心理状态及疗效的影响，为临床应用提供依据。[方法]将门诊耳呜患者78例随机分为对照组、综合干预组。对照组进行常规药物治疗，干预组在此基础上给予定期耳鸣习服治疗（TRT）、认知疗法综合治疗。治疗前及治疗后6个月用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及耳鸣残疾评估量表进行比较分析。[结果]干预组治疗前后SCL-90评分在九项因子上相比较差异较为明显（P〈0．05），对照组治疗前后各因子分相比较无显著差异（P〉0．05），两组治疗后在躯体化、强迫性、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子分上相比均有显著差异（P〈0．05）。两组患者疗效均有改善，而干预组改善更为明显（P〈0．05）。[结论]综合干预治疗可改善耳鸣患者心理状态，提高疗效。[Objective] To explore the influence of comprehensive intervention therapy on the psychological state and therapeutic efficacy of tinnitus patients in order to provide the evidence for clinical application. [Methods] Totally 78 tinnitus patients in clinic service were randomly divided into control group and compre- hensive intervention group. Control group received conventional drug therapy. Based on conventional drug therapy, comprehensive intervention group was given regular acclimatization therapy guidance for tinnitus com- bined with cognitive therapy. Symptom checklist-90（SCL-90） scale and tinnitus handicap inventory were used for the comparison between before and 6 months after the treatment. [Results] Compared with control group, the difference in SCL-90 score of comprehensive intervention group between before and after treatment was more obvious（ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in all factor scores of control group between before and after treatment（ P 〉0.05）. There were significant differences in the scores of somatization, compulsive, depression, anxiety and mental disease between two groups after treatment（ P 〈0.05）. The efficacy of two groups were improved, but the improvement of the efficacy of comprehensive group was more obvious（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Comprehensive intervention therapy can improve the psychological state and increase the efficacy of tinnitus patients.
