摘 要:[目的]比较普洱茶提取物和绿茶提取物对单纯性肥胖大鼠的抗肥胖作用。[方法]新生鼠40只,随机分成普洱荼+高脂饲料组10只(A组)、绿茶+高脂饲料组10只(B组)、高脂饲料对照组10只(C组)和正常饲料10只(D组)。观察四组大鼠体重及摄食量动态变化,测粪便脂质含量,16周后处死大鼠,测量体重、腹腔脂肪重量,取血检测血脂、血糖,留取脂肪组织测脂肪细胞大小。[结果]A组和B组大鼠体重和体脂较C组明显降低,且A组体重和体脂较B组下降显著(P〈0.05);与C组相比,A组和B组大鼠血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)水平显著降低(P〈0.05),且B组较A组显著降低(P〈0.05),但A组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较B组显著升高(P〈O.05);各组大鼠的摄食量及血糖相比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05);A组和B组的粪便脂质含量与c组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。[结论]荼提取物能抑制高脂饮食诱导的体重增加、附睾脂肪组织和肾周脂肪组织的增加;其中普洱荼提取物减轻体重、体脂的作用强于绿茶提取物;普洱茶提取物和绿茶提取物抑制高脂饮食导致的血脂升高侧重点不同,绿茶提取物降低血TG、TC和LDL—C的作用强于普洱茶提取物,而普洱茶提取物升高HDL—C的作用强于绿茶提取物。[Objective] To compare the anti-obesity effect of pu erh tea(PTE) vs green tea extracts(GTE) on simple obese rats. [Methods]Forty neonate rats were randomly divided into PTE plus high-fat diet group (group A), GTE plus high-fat diet group(group 13), high-fat group(group C) and normal diet group(group D). The dynamic changes in body weight and food consumption were observed. The lipid contents of rat feces were measured. After 16 weeks, rats were executed and blood samples were collected. Body weight, visceral fat mass and serum lipids were measured. Adipose tissue was remained for measuring the size of adipocytes. [Results] Compared with group C, body weight and fat in both of group A and group B significantly de- creased, and those in group A decreased more significantly than that in group B( P〈0.05). Compared with group C, plasma total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in group A and group B significantly decreased(P〈0.05), but high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in group A increased compared with group B( P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference in food consumption and blood glucose in rats of each group( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion]Tea extracts can prevent the increasing of body weight, epididymis and perirenal fat induced by high-fat diet. The effect of PTE for decreasing body weight and fat is more than that of GTE. Both of PTE and GTE have difference effects on the increasing of blood lipids. GTE has more effects on reducing TG, TC and LDL-C than PTE, while PTE has more effects on increasing HDL-C than GTE.
