石油渣油代替部分石蜡制备新型石蜡乳液的研究

摘　　要：为了有效利用石油渣油,采用石油渣油代替部分石蜡,制备新型石蜡乳液,并对其性能进行研究。实验确定了石蜡乳液的配方,考察了乳化条件对乳液的影响。结果表明:石油渣油替代石蜡用量的5%,复配乳化剂用量10%,乳化温度85℃,乳化时间25min,搅拌速度800r/min。在此条件下制备出来的石蜡乳液固含量为30%左右,乳液为白色液体,有蓝色光泽。in order preparation of new to effectively use petroleum residue ,petroleum residue paraffin emulsion and its performance was studied. The instead of part of paraffin , the wax emulsion formulation was determined, and emulsification conditions on the preparation was investigated. The results show that when Petroleum residue instead of 5% of the amount of paraffin, dosage of compound emulsifier 10%, emulsification temperature is about 85 ℃, emulsification time is 25 min, stirring speed is 800r/min. Under this condition paraffin solid content of about 30% emulsion as a white liquid, Blue gloss.
