摘  要:利用SSR标记对50份玉米自交系和6个国内标准测验种的遗传多样性进行分析并划分杂种优势群.结果表明:从60对引物中筛选出43对扩增带清晰且多态性高的SSR引物进行统计,在供试材料中检测出139个等位基因变异,每对引物检测等位基因2~6个,平均3.23个,多态性信息量在0.216~0.821之间,平均为0.607.用UPGMA方法进行聚类分析,将56份玉米自交系划分为5个杂种优势群,合并后为SS(旅大红骨、PA、Reid)和NSS(PB、四平头、Lancaster)两大种质类群.Simple sequence repeat(SSR) was used to detect genetic variation among 50 maize inbred lines and 6 testers.The results showed that a set of 43 polymorphic SSR primers were selected from 60 primers,which detected 139 alleles among the lines tested.The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 3.23 with a range from 2 to 6.The value of polymorphism information content(PIC) for each SSR locus varied from 0.216 to 0.821 with an average of 0.607.The inbred lines were classified into 5 clusters by UPGMA(unweighted pair group method arithmetic average) which could be simplified into SS(LRC,PA,Reid) and NSS(PB,SPT,Lancaster) heterotic groups.The defined population analysis of inbred lines provided the basis for selecting new hybridized combinations.
