摘 要:以‘宁杞1号’为试验材料,探讨4种微生物肥料对枸杞生理特性、植物学性状和病害的影响.结果表明:在高N水平下施用微生物肥料,枸杞叶片叶绿素含量比常规施肥叶绿素含量高;4种微生物肥料处理的枸杞叶片可溶性蛋白质的含量分别比对照增加3.7%、4.8%、6.6%和6.0%;与对照相比,各处理枸杞叶片过氧化物酶活性分别提高了4.39%、20.84%、31.45%和30.94%;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性均有所提高,丙二醛含量降低;施用微生物肥料对枸杞植物学性状有明显改善作用,并可以降低枸杞发病率.Cultivar ‘Ningqi 1’ was employed as test material,the effects of applying four kinds of microbial fertilizer were studied on leaf physiological characteristics and diseases.The results showed that the treated leaf had higher chlorophyll content than that of control.Four kinds of microbial fertilizer treatments increased soluble protein contents by 3.7%,4.8%,6.6% and 6.0% separately,and POD activity enhanced by 4.39%,20.84%,31.45% and 30.94%.The fertilizers also increased activity of SOD and CAT,and decreased MDA content.The fertilizers improved significantly plant characteristics and reduced the disease incidence.
