芪桂升板方联合咖啡酸片治疗免疫性血小板减少症33例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察芪桂升板方联合咖啡酸片治疗免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的临床疗效。方法将60例ITP患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组27例。治疗组采用芪桂升板方联合咖啡酸片治疗,对照组予糖皮质激素治疗。观察2组临床疗效,并比较2组白细胞和血小板计数、血小板相关抗体荧光百分率和不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,白细胞数少于对照组,血小板数多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组血小板相关抗体PAIgG、PAIgA、PAIgM荧光百分率和对照组PAIgG荧光百分率均低于治疗前,且治疗组PAIgA和PAIgM荧光百分率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组各不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论芪桂升板方联合咖啡酸片治疗ITP疗效确切,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiguishengbanfang combined with caffeic acid tablet in immune thrombocytopenia（ITP）.Methods 60 cases patients with ITP were randomly divided into treatment group（32 cases） and control group（27 cases）.Treatment group were given treament of Qiguishengbanfang combined with caffeic acid tablet,control group were given treatment of glucocorticoid.Observed the clinnical effect of 2 groups and compared the white cell and platelet count,platelet fluorescence percentage and adverse reaction.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the white cells was less than that of control group,and the platelet was more than that of control group（P 0.05 or P 0.01） ;After treatment,the platelet-associated antibody PAIgG,PAIgA,PAIgM fluorescence percentage of treatment group and PAIgG fluorescence percentage of control group were lower than before treatment,and PAIgA,PAIgM fluorescence percentage of treatment group was lower than that of control group（P 0.05 or P 0.01） ;The adverse reactions of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Qiguishengbanfang combined with caffeic acid tablet in immune thrombocytopenia is definite,and no adverse reaction,worthy of clinical application.
