摘　　要：死刑民意在死刑演进的道路上发挥着重要作用,但其所具有的不完整性、非理性和变动性使我们既要重视死刑民意又要防止滥用死刑民意。The death penahy referring to public opinion plays an important role in the history of death penalty, but it has the characteristics of imperfection, irrationality and variability, so it should be valued and at the same time should be misused.
