摘　　要：油套管钻具类产品的质量对油气田开发至关重要。油套管钻具类产品的安全服役受两方面因素制约:一是质量水平,二是使用与维护保养方法。分析了驻厂监造与质量抽检对提高油套管钻具类产品质量水平的可行性与必要性;对油套管钻具类产品使用与维护过程中的技术问题进行了深入研究,并给出了具体实施方案。The Quality of casing pipe drilling tools plays an important role in the development of oil-gas oilfields.The safety service of casing drilling tools is restricted by two factors： quality level, using and maintaining methods. Then the analysis focuses on the fea- sibility and necessity of mill supervision and quality sampling inspection in improving the quality level of casing pipe drilling tools. Meanwhile, the further research is carried out about the technology problems in the use and maintenance of casing drilling tools, fol- lowed by the presentation of concrete enforcing scheme.
