摘 要:沈阳油田是全国最大的高凝油生产基地,在集输过程中广泛使用加热炉作为加热设备,由于介质中大量的钙、镁等离子高温下易在管道内壁析出,导致加热炉不同程度结垢状况存在,因此需要进行化学清洗除垢。为确保化学清洗的质量和安全,制定了企业技术标准,并从前期施工准备开始,到清洗系统安装、操作程序、资料录取以及验收标准等进行了规范。应用后加热炉热的热效率由以往的67.4%提高到84.7%,腐蚀率由应用前的6.34g/(m2.h)降低到2.91g/(m2.h),附加损失明显减少,解决了生产存在的难题,降低了能耗。Shenyang oilfield, as the largest high pour-point oil production base, widely uses the heating furnace as the heating equip- ment in the gathering and transferring process. A large number of ions in the medium like calcium and magnesium are easy to sepa- rate out from the inside of pipeline, which results in the scale formation of furnace in various degrees, so it is necessary to do chemi- cal cleaning. In order to ensure the quality and safety of chemical cleaning, some technological standards for enterprises are estab- lished, and some standards are normalized, which are about the preparation for preliminary construction, the installment of cleaning system, the operational sequences, material recording, and acceptance. After application of these standards, the thermal efficiency of heating furnace is increasing from 67.4% to 84.7%, its corrosion rate decreasing from 6.34g/(m2.h) to 2.91g/(m2.h), its additional loss lowering obviously. All this resolves the problems in the production and reduces the energy consumption.
