摘　　要：从实现石油企业又好又快发展的客观需要出发,以工程质量监督、原材料质检、特种设备检验和安全技术培训4项技术监测相关业务为例,探讨了实现油田本质安全管理的有效途径,形成了对今后工作具有指导意义的初步认识。Starting with the objective demands of fulfilling the fast and good development of petroleum enterprises, the paper takes 4 relative technologies as an illustration, including the supervision of engineering quality, the inspection of raw material, the test of spe- cial equipment and the training of safety technology. Then an effective approach to realizing oilfield intrinsic safety management is discussed, and thus forming some primary viewpoints with instructive significance for future work.
