略论国际化是产业转型升级的关键

摘　　要：经济全球化使资源配置的范围超越了国界,产业发展需要在全球范围内寻求要素的最佳组合和资源的最优利用,产业结构的调整和升级将循着国际化的方向演进。从阐释产业国际化的内涵及产业转型升级的实质等问题入手,通过对产业国际化和产业转型升级间内在联系的分析,指出产业国际化应是产业转型升级的关键所在,而加快产业国际化进程及推动产业发展质量和效益的提高是实现经济发展方式根本性转变的必然选择。The economic globalization makes the range of the allocation of resources beyond the national boundary. Industry development needs in the global scope for elements of the optimal combination and the optimal use of resources. The industrial structure adjustment and upgrade will follow the international direction evolution. This paper explains the connotation of international industry and industrial transformation and upgrading of the essence of the problems. Through the relationship between the industry internationalization and industrial transformation upgrading, the paper points out that the industry internationalization should be the key of the transformation and upgrading of industry, and promotes the industry development quality and efficiency enhancement, is the inevitable choice to realize the fundamental change of the mode of economic development.
