摘　　要：公平正义是人类社会追求的永恒价值信念,是人类不懈追求的理想,也是我们构建社会主义和谐社会的价值取向。因此,从理论研究角度出发,探讨公平正义的价值标准,对德治与法治两种治理方式的理论基础优势与缺陷研究成果进行梳理,对促进新时期社会公正的价值研究有着十分重要的现实意义。Fairness and justice is the eternal value pursued byhumansociety; it is the ideal un- remittingly pursued by human; it is also the value orientation for us to construct harmonious soci-ety. This article tries to analyze the present fairness and justice theory, and discuss its value standard. By comparatively research the theory foundations, advantages and disadvantages of rule of virtueandrule of law, it demonstrates that it is feasible andnecessarytopromoteandrealize social fairness andjusticebyrulingofvirtueandlaw.
