摘  要:为了探讨四元杂交种对家蚕核型多角体病毒(Bmobyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus,BmNPV)的抗性遗传规律,对苏、菊、明、虎母种、交原种及四元杂交种进行了抗性鉴定。结果显示:各母种对BmNPV的抗性存在差异,抗病性由大至小的顺序为虎、明、苏、菊,各交原种的抗性高于母种,四元杂交种的抗性高于交原种,表现出较明显的杂交优势。研究结果为理解四元杂交种对BmNPV的抗性遗传规律提供了有价值的参考,为提高苏·菊×明·虎的抗性奠定了基础。To explore the genetic regularity of resistance of a double-cross silkworm hybrids (Su Ju Ming Hu) to Bmobyx mori nucle- opolyhedrovirus (BmNPV) , the resistance of the parental breeds ( Su, Ju, Ming, Hu), its F1 hybrids and double hybrids to BmNPV were investigated. The results showed that there was obvious difference in the resistance of these parental breeds to BmNPV, the highest was strain Hu, followed by strains Ming and Su, and the lowest was strain Ju; the resistance of F1 hybrids were higher than that of the parental breeds, while the resistance of double hybrids were higher than that of F1 hybrids, a remarkable heterosis phenomenon could be observed. These results would be helpful for further understanding the genetic regularity of resistance of double-cross hybrid to BmN- PV,and for improving the resistance of this double-cross hybrid Su.Ju × Ming. Hu.
