摘　　要：实时的视频监控对于安全和生产、物流领域有着重要的意义和巨大的应用价值。基于位置的服务是现今的热点研究领域,基于位置的应用呈爆发式增长,而且获取到人或物的位置信息对于进行实时的监控有巨大帮助,因此,本文结合这两种热点技术,提出了基于位置的实时视频监控系统,能够使管理员对移动中的人和物进行实时的跟踪视频监控。管理员不必像传统的方式那样在许多监控画面中寻找被监控的人或物,而是只在一个视频画面中,系统会根据被监控的人或物的实时位置,智能地切换并呈现由对应摄像设备所捕捉的视频内容。系统采用B/S结构,不仅可以使得管理员能够进行远程监控,还使得管理员所用的设备具有跨平台性。Real-time video surveillance has great significance and application value for security, production and logistics field. Location-based service is a hot research area today and location-based applications experience an explosive growth at the same time. Because kowning the position information of the monitored things is very helpful for monitoring, this paper proposes the location-based real-time video surveillance system to enable administrators to real-time keep track of people and things with video. Administrators do not need to search the monitored people and goods in many screens which is a traditional way. Instead they just need to look at one screen, because our system will intelligently get the real-time position of the monitored things and returns the right video data. The system is based on B/S structure which not only enables administrators to remotely monitor things, but also makes the equipments used by administrators cross-flat form.
