摘　　要：随着数字技术的产生和互联网的广泛普及,催生的许多新的数字作品展现方式和传播模式,打破了传统的版权人、传播者、用户三方利益的平衡。数字技术低廉的复制成本,互联网难以追踪的传播方式,导致了更严重的盗版现象。技术上保护数字版权的方式如DRM也难以阻止盗版现象。并且传播者在利益平衡链上的位置逐渐凸显出来,掌握着更多的资源和主导权。数字作品个人作者,面对行业既定规则,和强势的转播者,被迫牺牲自己的权益。笔者从商业运营方式的角度,借鉴电子商务B2B、C2C的方式,提出"数字作品分享平台",提出更透明的数字作品登记认证方式,提供数字作品自由交易的平台,促进数字版权利益的平衡。As the development of digital technology and works and the mode of transmission break the traditional tripartite the widespread popularity of the Internet, the new pattern of digital balance of interests among the copyright owner, communicators, and terminal users. The low cost of reproduction of digital technology, and difficulty to track on the Internet, lead to serious piracy phenomenon. Technical protection way for digital rights such as DRM is difficult to prevent piracy. What＇s more, communicators hold prime resources and dominate the prominent posi^tion within industry chain. In the face of the strong communicators and established rules of the industry, Individual digital copyright owners have to sacrifice their own interests. From the perspective of the business operation model, learning from the e-commerce C2C pattern, I propose ＂the digital content sharing platform＂ to promote digital copyright protection and balance the relative interests. The platform provides a transparent and equitable platform for communications and transaction of digital content.
